Productivity!

Okay so my posts stopped for a while, after becoming orientated a little too much with intake … this is NOT about my Eating Disorder, this is about productivity!!!

I’ve opened up an Etsy account, and I’m making jewellery to sell!!

Now that is what I need to be posting about ;)

I’m legit proud of myself for it :3

Not posted for a few days, so here’s how yesterday went!

Morning began with an apple and an orange [130]

Headed off to work for 10am, stopped off at Sainsburies beforehand for chewing gum ;) Juicy Fruit and Sugar Free Trident :D nomnomnom.

Work was INCREDIBLY dull, and the chewing gum was gone pretty quick…along with me buying like, 4 bottles of drink.

Had a few jobs to do but nothing hugely satisfying, no interesting customers either.

**** turned up to take over at 2pm [which took FOREVER to come around I swear] and told her she had to do the windows hehe.

Ended up helping her though – it’s definitely a two person job, and actually turned out to be a hilarious task.

Dirty water went everywhere, I flung water at windows with the sponge, the squeegee on the broom was ridiculously bad at its job and….well yeah basically it was a good laugh! Caught **** on camera too, ahaha.

Headed home after [at 2.30pm!] and at 3pm got down to house cleaning…singing away to very loud music I washed up, dried, put away, sweeped the kitchen floor and then mopped it [effort!] empty the bin, took out the rubbish and recycling, brought in the Green bin from out front, tidied the living room, put away the Christmas decs [with Dads help] tidied the hallway and the stairs, folded the dry laundry and washed more items while tumble drying the next lot, hung other clothes around the house to dry also.

At least I’m getting paid to do this!!

Was SHATTERED afterwards, so went upstairs and on the computer for a while, eventually I had to cook dinner for the parents, so wearing clean shoes I trod carefully around the still wet kitchen and cooked them up a healthy treat! Turkey Mince Spag Bolognese. Apparently it was delicious.

Then I nommed a watermelon. Yummy!

Unfortunately I also binged on a bag of grapes, because I’m an idiot…but it spurred me on to exercise as I’d not done so yet.

Burned 1000 calories on the Cross Trainer, taking about an hour…worked up one hell of a sweat as well. I used it hands free so I could also read at the same time [makes time fly, and it seems like I’m not working out…besides the obvious give away that I’m sweating, red-faced, hot and exhausted!] …I’m reading two books at the moment, one called ‘Help’ which is also a film [but I’m not watching it until I’ve read it] and the other is Purge, which I was reading last night. Almost finished it and only purchased it a few days ago…funny how quick I read books about Eating Disorders, lol.

Afterwards I went downstairs and collapsed on the sofa with some water to drink, I then watched a programme [can’t remember its name] about obese people in England who move to live with EXTREMELY obese people in America to see if it changes their ways. These two girls moved in with two large ladies who could barely walk, they experienced what they eat [included pigs feet and ears, which are more fat then protein, and pig back fat, which is well…fat and skin] … worked in a restaurant, visited a buffet the ladies regularly go to, went to a family BBQ, and witnessed dialysis, all the medications the ladies are on, and the effects it has on them.

It did all four of them good.

The two Brits went home determined to change, not wanting to end up like the Americans [who can’t do their own hair or rub their own feet, and both have Diabetes type 2] … one of the girls took up running and lost 16lbs in 2 months, the other has found it more difficult to lose weight, but has changed for the better anyhow and accepts it may be harder for her [having always been a larger girl, and never having a puppy-fat free point in childhood] …

Before going back to England they challenged the largest of the two ladies to walk to her mailbox and back [which is further away then one in England due to everything in America being bigger, especially gardens, drive ways etc, but still…] … she completed the task for the first time in 10 YEARS. They then cooked a healthy meal for the last meal of the holiday and she ate it [the other one was unwell so didn’t eat a thing] … although was awfully stubborn about not having extra butter, salt etc. however no one let her get away with it and she ate the meal eventually! She then decided she too would change, if she could eat one healthy meal, she could manage many more until she lost weight!

They didn’t show if the Americans had made progress, which is annoying, I really felt for those two lovely ladies [so bubbly and full of life, although sad on the inside] and wanted to see if they’d managed to change their lives for the better/were on the road to improvement.

Just going to have to hope for the best I guess!

I then watched 15 minutes of The Prince of Bel-air before giving up and heading to bed at like, gone 11pm aha.

Todayyyy!

Used my crosstrainer 3 times today, and all while reading ANOTHER book - it’s really great to just read while standing on the crosstrainer, using it at a high resistance…time flies and you don’t realise you are exercising!

I make it tougher by wearing ugg style thick boots, and a huge jumper with hair down…that way I get sweating quicker ;)

I worked from 1.30-5.30 and sorted out my friends late birthday present - seeing her tomorrow, woohoo! It has been too long :(

Walked the long way home, and then just chilled, chatted with my Mum and came on the computer.

I think I may know what I want to do with my future also.

Not sure yet though, just researching at the moment.

OH I ALSO GOT A NEW JACKET TODAY.

It’s this one;

From River Island

Reduced from £150, to £60…bargain! It’s GORGEOUS.

Didn’t go to the pub yesterday - instead I finished the book I was reading! Woohoo :D

Have now returned it to my friend :)

Yesterday!

Walked home from friends house at 11.30am,

read more book [it’s so good], and exercised for 30 minutes, plus weights and ab belt.

Wasn’t as productive as I could have been, given I had a fair amount of free time. However i’d not really slept the night before so was rather tired, and my brain wasn’t being nice to me, so had to spend a little time dealing with that :/

Today will be better!!!

I’ve been up, drank plenty of water, exercised while reading my book - half way through it roughly,

I’m sweating like a pig after 52 minutes of working out, burning 860 calories :O

Shower/hairwash in a minute,

working 1.30-5pm,
then cooking for parents, washing up after and off out tonight to the pub for a short while! :)

To do today

  • wash up/dry up/ put away
  • put out recycling
  • feed rabbits, give Nutty her meds and clean out the living side of hutch
  • read more book
  • babysit
  • get junk food for the ‘University survival kit’ for one of my best mates
  • exercise - cardio, ab belt AND weights
  • write diary/finances down
  • buy a notepad to start writing my book ideas in
  • cook dinner for mum and dad
  • sleepover a friends tonight!

OKAY time to get up and go!

Yesterday could’ve been more productive!

I still managed to exercise, work 12-5pm and cook my family dinner though, so I achieved some things!

Should’ve read a bit more though - have to return the book soon!

Today [Wednesday] will be better :D

Productivity for today?

Well, I was up at a decent time, exercised this morning, wrote in my diary and tidied some of my room,

I met with a friend 1pm-6pm at a coffee shop [Nero] and walked home,

I’m about to update my Photography Website with more images, and tonight I’m going to start reading a new book!

Finished reading ‘Room’ by Emma Donoghue today,

one of my Goals complete!
